Nakiete Mlaki, Author of the The Lonely Frog is as 13 years old girl in Grade seven. Nakiete loves to read, write and tell stories. She also draws and paints. The illustrator tried to represent as closely as possible the authors original drawings of the characters. The Lonely frog is Nakiete’s first published book
